I’ll be okay maybe not today, but someday
Text:Romans 8:35
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?”
message:
Nothing in all creation can separate believers from the love of God, according says Romans 8:35-39.
The Apostle Paul lists severe hardships and dangers that cannot break God’s love.
Tribulation or distress, trouble and hardship, persecution, famine or nakedness, hunger and poverty, peril or sword, danger and death by violence forces and dimensions can also not Separate us.
Paul expands the list of what cannot separate us from God to include cosmic, temporal, and physical realities such as death or life, angels or demons, rulers and powers, the things present or things to come (the present or the future), height or depth or any other created thing.
Paul concludes that believers are “more than conquerors through him who loved us,” and that nothing in creation can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:21 says, “Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God,” meaning though I’m hurt, I’ll be okay. Maybe not today, but someday.
Revelation 21:2 , “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Revelation 21:3, And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Revelation 21:4,And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
I’m truly hurt but I’ll be okay, maybe not today, but someday.
