The Journey of Life

Text:Psalms 126:5-6

“Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.”

Message

Many Christians are delightful in John 14:13-14, “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.”

A context summary of John 14:13 however shows that Christ promises to meet our needs, and to grant requests that are legitimately “in His name.” But that does not mean we can redefine what we want as if it was something we need. Nor does it mean Christ vows to do as we tell Him, or as we see fit without more.

Why?

Need can be wishful. Need may not answer as He plans. But our want is a necessity. Want is what we cannot succeed without in the journey of life. We must work and walk on our want, so that God will bless the work of our hands.

We have wider than necessary asking but He gives our want. It is show me your faith and I will show you my work. Faith without work is dead before the start of any journey or asking!

The world will make jest of your need yet won’t ordinarily and without more on your part give you your want!

Heard you saying the world is wicked. Are you just knowing?

Truth is, nothing is free in this world. Even the law of first entry in roof of title is forcefully been disrupted by the law of commerce, buying and selling, and most importantly by the law of conquest. If you don’t know or are in doubt go and read the history of Afonja versus Alimi Dynasties in Ilorin!

Many former monarchies have lost it! They’ve lost their glamour, resources, Relevance and usefulness. See how Africa have been partitioned! They are asking for reparation forgetting that from the time of John the Baptist…….

Wake up. Take is what the world understand not Give. Yes you are quoting Matthew 7:7. They that ask receive but they received only what the giver choose to give to them. Those that seek find! That’s a greater seriousness and war than asking. But the grand Father is knocking. Until you knock the door you are not entitle to the door of breakthrough or opportunities being open. Gaskiya knocking is not for the weak. It is sapping, extensive and sweaty. It is a choice!

Understand that everything in life is about CHOICE. Attitude is our choice. Happiness is our choice. Optimism is a choice. Kindness is a choice. Giving is a choice. Respect is a choice.

Whatever choice you make, makes you while the irreversible clock of destiny is ticking. So, choose wisely in the journey of life.

Let your choice be no stopping and no parking.

In the journey of life, remember that stagnation breeds stagnation, but motion births progress. Every step forward, no matter how small, contributes to the grand tapestry of achievement. Embrace the momentum, for it is the fuel that propels dreams into reality. Keep moving, for therein lies the path to growth and fulfillment.

Keep moving, progress grows out of motion.

Do you observe that we all  used pencils when we were much younger,  but now we use pen?

Do you know why?

It is because mistakes in childhood can easily be erased, unlike mistakes made in adulthood.

Remember,  you are the pilot of your life and you alone will give account of how you spend it.

So, if  it’s your choice to make a difference in life. Start now. Never Give Up, quitters don’t win.

Persistence is key in the journey of life.

What of past mistakes and failures?

Learn from your mistakes and failures. They are commas and not a full stop, bus stop or destination. Just keep moving forward, and never give up on your dreams.

Discover what fuels your passion and commitment. It is Your “why” that will sustain you through challenges and inspire you to achieve your goals.

What of the storms and challenges?

You shall overcome one day.

Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning. That’s sure and you can bank on it.

Read, meditate on and be a doer of His Word. The greater your knowledge of the goodness and grace of God on your life, the more likely you are to press forward and upward and to praise Him even in time of storms.

You are not insignificant in the purpose of God. God loves you in spite of all. He loves me. Yes He loves you too.

You will surely succeed.

See you on top.

The Scripture cannot be broken.

Psalms 126:5-6, “Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy.

He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing,

Bringing his sheaves with him.

Amen
