There Is No Need To Be In Panic Mode
Text: Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
Message
Our past can be frustrating, hurting, daunting, and hunting if allowed. When allowed, the past will put her victim in the pit captivity of panic attack.
Panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear or anxiety and physical symptoms based on a perceived threat rather than imminent danger.
Stop worrying. Stop fear. Stop anxiety. Stop being in the Panic Attack Mood!
You can get tired, but do not be defeated. You can be weary, but not worn out. Your breakthrough is closer than you think. So don’t lose focus.
You may just need to rest, recharge, and restart, but don’t lose sight of your goal. Keep pushing forward, and do not relent. Your future is great and bright. If you look carefully, you will see that there is a glorious light at the end of your current tunnel darkness. You will surely succeed!
Remember, the end is only to the old and the beginning to the new for those who are in Christ Jesus. Apostle Paul told Timothy in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
What does it mean God did not give us a spirit of fear?
Paul unpacks four fruits of the Spirit’s work in our lives in verse 7: fearlessness, power, love, and self-control. The Spirit does not produce in God’s people “fear,” which could be translated timidity or cowardice. Rather, the Spirit gives us courage or fearlessness even in fearful situations.
Don’t be held back by what’s behind you. Every ending marks a new beginning. Embrace the fresh start, and let the new chapter of your life unfold!
Apostle Paul encourages we have the right attitude. The Acts 20:24, “But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.”
Attitude is everything. While you can’t always control your circumstances, you can always control your attitude. When you change your attitude, you change your life.
Living for a purpose filled life in this world requires you not to let the world system define your worth. Be authentic and unique. Authenticity is the highest form of self-love. It is not about being perfect; it’s about being true. True to yourself, true to your values, and true to your passions. When you’re true to yourself, you’re unstoppable.
Be careful when people give you a thumb down because of your past. Remember that those they clapped for yesterday are today in their graves. So stay humble, prayerful, and vigilant.
Remind yourself that it is not everyone who cheers you in the past that has your best interest at heart or is with you again. So, don’t let a lack of their applause define your self-worth. True validation comes from within. Stay grounded, stay focused, and stay true to your purpose.
Yes, life can be overwhelming, and challenges may seem insurmountable. But today, we’re reminded of a profound truth: God is always with you! No matter what obstacles you face or how dark the circumstances may seem, His presence is unwavering in the present as your present help in trouble. He loves you, and He will never forsake you. The past is gone with its things. The new is come. Do enjoys the news and stops holding on to the past.
Hold onto your faith. It serves as an anchor during turbulent times. Look back at past trials you have overcome; let those victories remind you of your strength. Just as seasons change, so will your circumstances. What seems impossible today may become a stepping stone to a brighter tomorrow. Remember, every setback is an opportunity for a comeback. So, no matter what life throws at you, giving up or being in the panic attack mood is not in your DNA. They are no options. Victory is your destiny. Rise above obstacles. Push past fear. Embrace your greatness. You are unstoppable!
No worry is too trivial, no fear too insignificant, and no challenge too minor to bring before God. He cares about every detail of your life. Remember, any concern too small to be turned into prayer is too small to be made into a burden.
Welcome to your season of destiny fulfilment in Jesus name.
Amen.
