My life is my story!
Text: (Ecclesiastes 1:2 ).
“Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity”.
Yes, your life is your story. But like Solomon, write well there, “Vanity upon vanity” if you have not already done that. Edit, edit it and do so often as you journey along.
Recently ex-Delta North Senator Peter Nwaoboshi a reputedly good man suddenly collapsed and died at 68. In an earlier video clip while discussing the vanity of wealth said, “Uche Okpono’s house, which’s one of the best houses in Asaba, I bought it, nobody is there. Everything in that house is bulletproof, I bought it, I have not slept there for one day.
You all know my house in Asaba? Go to Lagos and see my house, I live, I own a house in Maitama, not just Maitama, where the big boys live in this country, I own a mansion there.
I have about five or six houses, What is six? In Abuja, I have in Lagos, I have in Port Harcourt, i have in London. But I was in one room, i was in one single room.
Does it make any sense to you? Do you get it?. With all these things, I was in one room, so I want you to know it’s all vanity upon vanity.”
A caveat, life is only a vanity if you live it by youself or with others, without Jesus the God of all flesh.
