God Will Come Through For You
Text: Isaiah 43:2
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.”
Message
Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English says to go through fire (and water), for somebody is to do something very difficult and dangerous for someone.
Isaiah 43:2 is an encouragement to every Christian today that God will be with you during your trying times and hard seasons. You may think He is not there but He always is, like He says in His Word. Trust in God’s presence every day of your life and rest in His comforting arms when you don’t know what to do or say.
I may not know what you are passing through now. Sadly, I don’t need to know as I’m also passing through too!
You and I don’t know how God will do it and we don’t have to know. Neither do we have to like it but one thing is sure, God will come through for you and I in His way!
God is forever consistent in His way for He is the only true God. He always come around and will in your matter and mine. So lets beware of impostors and other miserable comforters.
God is the only way maker. He puts the wisdom of the wise into folly. His foolishness is greater than the wisdom of the wise of this world put together.
The question is not if God will come through for you and I. Rather the issue is when will He come through for you and I. Isaiah 43:1-25 comfortingly says:
