Text: 1 Chronicles 12:32

Of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command.

Message

The world is in a state of constant flux, and many are searching for answers to the challenges they face. Yet, the Bible reminds us that those who understand their times and seasons are positioned to provide solutions and lead others into God’s purposes.

The sons of Issachar were renowned for their wisdom and discernment. They understood the times and knew what Israel ought to do. In the same way, God is calling us to rise above the chaos and confusion of this world and align ourselves with His divine agenda.

The book of Ecclesiastes reminds us that “To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Life is not static; it moves in phases and seasons. Each season comes with its unique challenges and opportunities. However, many people remain stuck in one phase because they fail to discern when it’s time to move forward.

God is saying to you today, “You have dwelt long enough at this mountain. Turn and take your journey” (Deuteronomy 1:6-7). Just as He instructed the children of Israel to move from Horeb to the mountains of the Amorites, He is calling you to step into your next season of destiny.

Change is a constant in life. It is the transition from one state or condition to another. In this season, God is orchestrating a shift in the spiritual realm that will manifest in the physical. Your status, spiritual life, physical appearance, and even your finances are set to experience a divine transformation.

The COVID-19 pandemic was a global wake-up call. It disrupted our normalcy and forced us to adapt to new ways of living, working, and worshiping. This was an introduction to the changes we are now experiencing. If you want to thrive in this season, you must be willing to shift your position and adjust your spiritual momentum.

In Matthew 28:16, Jesus appointed a mountain in Galilee for His disciples to meet Him. This was a place of divine encounter and commissioning. Similarly, God has appointed a mountain for you this year—a place of elevation, clarity, and fulfillment of purpose.  However, to reach this mountain, you must let go of the past. You cannot move forward while holding on to self-limiting mindsets, fear, or false contentment. It’s time to break free from every force that has held you back and march boldly into your God-ordained destiny.

The Lord is saying to you, “Shift position and move forward” (Exodus 14:15). This is your hour to rise above limitations and embrace the new things God is doing in your life. Spend time in prayer and seek God’s face for clarity and direction. Ask Him, “What is expected of me in this season?” As you seek Him, He will reveal His plans and empower you to walk in them.

Conclusion

Declare today:  I am moving forward into my God-ordained destiny. I understand my times and seasons, and I am positioned to fulfill God’s purposes for my life. This year, I experience divine shifts in every area of my life. I am blessed, favored, and empowered to succeed. Amen
