Your Imagination, Your Destiny Director

Text: Proverbs 23:7

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Message

Our bodies and senses align with life, and their journey is at its best when on a straight line. Unfortunately, life and its journey do not always grant us that luxury, as bends and curves we must encounter and deal with. The way we deal with bends and curves begins and ends with our initial and end imaginations.

You are a cricket if you always imagine good things as being impossible or subject every of your thoughts to a suicidal ending. You will burst the same as the cricket. Joseph refused to subject his thoughts to an amorous affair with Portiphar’s wife. He couldn’t imagine rubbishing his destiny.

Truth is nothing is impossible with God, the potter and master craftsmen who made you. His purpose for creating you will find expression, and all you are passing through will end in your favour if you love Him and abide in his purpose for your life (Romans 8:28).

Understanding the reason behind your imagination and actions provides motivation and direction. Believing in your ‘why’ can inspire you to persevere, even when faced with challenges, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and successful imagination and life. Be purposeful and believe in Your ‘Why’. Be wise as the snake sees through her closed eyelids as well.

Imagination gives direction. Speed, talent, and resources are all important, but without direction, they can lead to frustration, burnout, ungratefulness, and a sense of purposelessness. It’s a positive imagination that gives direction, and that in turn gives speed its value, focus and momentum. To live a life of purpose begins with our imagination. Imagine having to drive a car at high speed without a clear destination in mind. You might get somewhere, but it won’t be where you truly want to be because your imagination is who you are.

In life, direction is what gives us purpose, clarity, and fulfilment, and you have the beautiful gift of imagination to propel you rightly. Why do we use it to think of the worst-case scenarios? You can do so much with your imagination! Try imagining scenarios that feel good. You can visualize yourself living the life of your dreams.

Your imagination can help create positive emotions. It can empower you to take positive actions. Notice how relaxed your body feels when you let yourself indulge in a healthy imagination. After all, our happiness comes from our perception of a situation and not the situation itself. Explore the power of your imagination, and you will get there.

All fingers may not be the same length, but when they bend, all stands equal, and life becomes easy when we bend and adjust our imagination!

Conclusion

You become what you think and look upon, so begin to have a positive imagination and watch your life turn around.
