Doing things for the last time without knowing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Text: 1 Corinthians 15:47<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Death is one of the greatest pain that life in sin have to offer, and the man whom pain had not taught will always remain a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reality of death is that all have sin, and will die, at least once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we won’t always win, I pray the days we win, we will win so big that the losses in the world while here won’t matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Death meeting us on the side of Jesus is the greatest life investments and wins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because death is real and man has no power on the day of his death, silence becomes our comfort home when our heart and mind grows too tired to explain the pain that death brings. Unfortunately the hardest thing is watching yourself break while pretending you\u2019re okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The world system teaches beliefs in self. Backing self, betting on our potential, and proving ourself to ourselves. No wonder that we are so amenable to sin. But sin is not expected to have dominion over us.
Did I hear you say, “But following Jesus is a lonely road?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be honest with you, that is no news to me. Jesus had warned his followers in Matthew 10:22; 24:9, that they will face opposition because of their beliefs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

St. Matthew 10:16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

St. Matthew 10:17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;
St. Matthew 10:18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

St. Matthew 10:19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. St. Matthew 10:20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Loneliness because you belong to Jesus Christ is the price you pay to build yourself up, and the greatest thing you can build is yourself in Him, with you decreasing and Him increasing in your life that His glory in you may be made manifest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truth is, “The mind does not fear the truth first. It fears the life the truth will demand. That is why denial feels calm. It postpones a decision, not a consequence.” No wonder we get the wages of sin, which is death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Believers should understand that sometimes our prayers are answered but the answer is No!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other word, “You cannot think your way into becoming the person only your actions can introduce. When the storm beats the tree, many birds fly away\u2014but the one that remains through the thunder is the one that truly calls it home.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is sin not attractive to you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin keeps inviting you, “Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you\u2019ll be able to see further, for you are a magnet for success and opportunities.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beloved, all that ends in this world. You will soon discovered, albeit too late that all that gilliters are not gold, and that vanity upon vanity, is a life lived without Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember that one day you will wake up and do things for the last time without knowing it\u2019s the last time. The sleep or that going out or coming in, eating, fighting, quarrelling etc will look normal, yet will be the last time! Nothing extra ordinary except that you would have said good night on the earthly side and find yourself woke up on the otherside of the terrestrial. There you have welcome to your eternity in heaven or hell, on the right or left side of Jesus who you obeyed or betrayed, condemned, rejected and ignored when you had the opportunity to accept on earth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, you cannot and have not the luxury of a repeat journey! Then you will remember the saying that, “Most betrayals begin long before trust is broken. They begin the day curiosity ends. The moment someone believes they no longer need to understand you, they begin speaking to a memory instead of a person.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accept and follow Jesus now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
