Did Jesus Taught You That?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Text: Matthew 7:16<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Message<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paul wrote to Timothy, one of end time attitude and take on. “They will gather teachers who tell them what their itching ears want to hear.\u201d (2 Timothy 4:3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But according to Matthew 7:16,
\u201cBy their fruits you shall know them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For, “A gospel that shifts the focus from Christ to man\u2019s ability is poison\u201d, says, Bro. Gbile Akanni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you; \u201cnaming your seed\u201d, “asking for \u201cdebt\u2011breaking anointing\u201d, “using money as proof of your spirituality” or “manipulating people with faith formulas for personal gain?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kenneth Higgins in his book, “The Midas Touch: A Balanced Approach to Biblical Prosperity,” (2000), admonished all to remember that even, “Drug traffickers have money too.\u201d and that, “Wealth is not a sign of spirituality.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bro Gbike Akanni admonished we run away from “poison.” Because poison is not always bitter. Sometimes it is sweet, exciting and motivational but highly disastrous and kills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is nothing called small poison. Poison is poison. Scripture says:
\u201cA little leaven leavens the whole lump\u201d (Galatians 5:9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truth is, “If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beloved, don’t continue to build your life on teachings that even the author later corrected before he died or
drink from a stream that the writer himself admitted had gone into extremes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“If the foundation is not Christ, the message, no matter how exciting, will still poison the soul.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be careful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Teachings that came from polluted sources in my life, expired now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Thoughts and rendering of metaphysics (mind\u2011power, positive confession, metaphysical healing), imitating God in me die and are destroyed now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. I uproot every unapostolic foundation not found in Christ from my life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Father, If the root is polluted, the fruit cannot be pure, cleanse my root with the ressurection power of Jesus now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Every teaching that produced excitement, not transformation in my life expired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Spirit of more declarations, less devotion, die in my life now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. More \u201cI am,\u201d less \u201cHe is\u201d, exit my life now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Spirit of more miracles, less holiness loose your hold upon my life now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. More of self-confidence, less of holiness and consecration, your time is up, jump out from my life now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. More Ministries results, less repentance, vacate from my calling now.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
