What is Love?<\/h2>\n

Text:\u00a01 John 4:7-8 (NIV)<\/p>\n

\u201cDear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/h3>\n

Message<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Love is not just a feeling\u2014it’s a divine calling. In a world where love is often confused with emotion, preference, or convenience, Scripture reminds us that true love is sacrificial, enduring, and rooted in God\u2019s very nature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

God doesn’t merely have<\/em> love\u2014He is<\/strong> love. This means every act of true love we show reflects His presence in our lives. From patience with others to forgiveness, generosity, and even correction\u2014each expression of love is an opportunity to show Christ to the world.<\/p>\n

Jesus said,<\/p>\n

\u201cA new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.\u201d
\u2014 John 13:34 (NIV)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This love is not limited by how we feel, but by how He gave\u2014fully, freely, and forever<\/em>. He laid down His life so we could be reconciled to God. That\u2019s the model: sacrificial, unconditional, active love.<\/p>\n

Love is not optional for the believer\u2014it\u2019s our identity and our testimony.<\/p>\n

    Let\u2019s not love with mere words, but with actions and truth.<\/p>\n

    Prayer<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Lord, thank You for loving me even when I didn\u2019t deserve it. Help me to love others as You have loved me\u2014selflessly, unconditionally, and with grace. Fill my heart with Your compassion so that I can be a light in a world desperate for real love. In Jesus\u2019 name, Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
